Irvine is the location of the Scottish Cyclo Cross (CX) champonship s on Sunday 5th December. Reputedly one of the best CX courses in Scotland, it'll be a great opportunity for the kids to participate in a big event and experience racing

The under 12s event is 15 minutes long and start at 10.00am, riders will need to be at the event by 9.00am to sign on and test the course
The under 12s race has an under 8s, under 10s and under 12s category
The Youth event (under 14) starts at 10.45 and is 30 minutes long
