The evening was split into 3 races for each age category, a 1 lap time trial, a handicap race (based on TT results) and a Devil (a sprint race where the last rider is taken out each lap)
For each of the 3 event points were awarded, 20 for 1st place down to 1 for 20th. The winner of the grass track event is the rider with the highest accumulated points over the 3 races.
The racing was superb with great performances from the riders, the climax of the evening was the exciting Devil, which turned out to be a close fought race in the Youth Es
Many thanks to all the volunteers, the supporters and especially the kids who rode so well.
The event would not have taken place without Billy and Rab from West Lothian Council who marked out the oval and the Leisure Centre who allowed us to use the their fields - Thanks!
