The highly acclaimed cyclocross race organised by Stepping Stanes Dumfries Youth Cycle Club is back again for 2010. It's open to U8's, U10's, U12's, U14's and U16's.
If the course is like last years it's a great mix of technical through the woods and hard top.
There are loads of prizes available and it's a very well organised and friendly race.
The race is on Saturday the 11th December at Heathal Forest at the East end of Dumfries, meeting across from the aviation museum. registration is at 10am and entry is £2.

Last year saw temperatures of minus 6 but the kids still raced.
We'll have to see what happens with the current weather but we'll keep you posted !
